Entry & General Reset

• Quick walkthrough to assess guest impact or damages

• Remove trash and old food items

• Replace liners and tidy entryway

• Light air refresh / deodorizing

Bedrooms

• Strip and remake all beds with fresh linens

• Change pillowcases and duvet covers as needed

• Dust surfaces, side tables, headboard, lamps

• Check under beds for guest items

• Fold or stage throw blankets/pillows neatly

• Vacuum / mop floors

Bathrooms

• Disinfect sink, toilet (including base and behind), tub/shower

• Scrub grout and fixtures

• Polish glass and mirrors streak-free

• Replace towels with fresh sets

• Restock toiletries (client provided or per agreement)

• Check drawers/cabinets for guest items

Kitchen

• Wipe counters, backsplash, cabinet fronts

• Clean sink and polish fixtures

• Wipe appliance exteriors (fridge, microwave, oven)

• Clean inside microwave

• Check and empty dishwasher / wash leftover dishes

• Restock essentials (pods, paper towels, etc. if provided)

• Toss expired/leftover guest food

Living & Common Areas

• Fluff cushions and reset furniture placement

• Wipe tables, surfaces, décor, remotes

• Disinfect high-touch areas

• Check for fingerprints/smudges on glass/doors

• Vacuum / mop floors

Final “Guest-Ready” Touches

• Stage beds and couch neatly for arrival

• Organize blankets, books, etc.

• Light scent or fabric freshener

• Set thermostat as requested

• Lights set for welcoming feel

• Quick photo documentation if requested
